This session explores how to conceptualize, build and launch a bot that’s useful to its audience.
Many newsrooms have yet to figure out how to serve their audiences via chatbots. By looking at how and why two USC professors created Amy the Stylebot, we’ll help newsrooms think more critically about how they’re approaching the challenge of serving their audiences through chatbots and explain why chatbots can be a valuable part of a broader strategy.
