ONA19 will be hosted at the Sheraton New Orleans. The exhibit hall, lounges, and 80 percent of our sessions will be at the Sheraton, and 20 percent of sessions and some receptions will be one block away at the Intercontinental.
Please visit our travel page for learning more about getting to and from the host hotel, as well as around the city.
If you are a sponsor or attendee who needs more than 15 rooms in the block, please contact Donette Lewis, Group Housing Coordinator at (504) 595 6237 or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your total number needs for each night of the conference. All group bookings in the ONA19 hotel block are subject to approval by ONA, and groups must confirm details for all room blocks no later than June 15, 2019, or the rooms will be released back into the general block.
We strongly encourage attendees to reserve their rooms as soon as you can. Our room blocks typically sell out months in advance of the conference, often well before Early Bird registration closes.

You can search for additional rooms at the link below with Groupize, which consolidates special hotel rates. For support questions related to Groupize, you can email ONAHousing@helmsbriscoe.com
You are responsible for checking a hotel’s distance from the host hotel; hotels are not limited to a walkable radius. ONA is not able to provide transportation between the alternate hotels to or from the Sheraton or InterContinental. Nor are we able to reimburse or provide discounted parking.
Please note: Most hotels at this rate charge at least one night as a cancellation fee, and some require payment in full at the time of booking. You will be subject the hotel’s cancellation policy, so please read it carefully.
We consider many things when considering a host hotel and when planning our programming – a major consideration is accessibility. We've compiled a detailed explanation of what to expect in terms of accessibility on site.
Exhibitor/Attendee Housing Scam Notice
Please note: In past years several exhibitors and conference attendees have received calls and/or emails from companies claiming to be an agent of, or associated with, ONA and offering discounted room rates. We do not have a relationship with any of these companies. All bookings should be made directly with our host hotel using the details above. You can read the full details about this issue here.
