Much of a company’s culture springs from the way they organize themselves. Where roles do they hire for, how do they communicate and how are teams held accountable to one another? Getting a look into how the most successful newsrooms actually organize themselves and their work would be an invaluable session if people are willing to be transparent and collaborative.
