Dan Gillmor is co-founder of the ASU News Co/Lab. Based at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, the News Co/Lab works with educators, journalists, and technologists to boost the information ecosystem by improving demand along with supply. Dan co-teaches a course in digital media literacy, and writes and speaks on the development of media and technology. He is author of "We the Media: Grassroots Journalism by the People, for the People" and "Mediactive"
