In this session, we will talk through and help you get what you need the most to make the next great thing happen for your career. We'll kick it off at 2:30 with a group discussion to brainstorm ways we can help each other reach our career goals.

We're gonna gather up post its of real salaries to bring visibility to what is out there. Come and share your salary, your questions about negotiation, and your experiences with salary and getting a new job. Starting at 4, we'll have a facilitated discussion based on what folks have shared. We will also share salary information from official sources: union contracts, union studies and 990 filings.
