Difficult conversations are, by definition, challenging. This session will provide tactics to handle tough and tricky newsroom talks that will help turn uncomfortable conflicts into productive resolutions, including role-playing and scenario work, conversation framing and disagreeing with empathy.
This session is designed for:
- Newsroom leaders who would like to stop sublimating conflict and handle disagreements openly
- Journalists with a specific difficult conversation they'd like to navigate
- Anyone who would rather eat scorpions that confront a colleague
