Sonali is a journalist who has worked in newsrooms for a couple of decades, and at the Globe for 11 years. She was previously shaping digital strategy through data at Canada\u2019s national newspaper. This entailed helping the newsroom understand how to reach new audiences through search, social and other means; retain loyal readers; and gain new paying subscribers.
