Adam Shapiro is the co-founder of AlertMe, a tool being used by publishers around the world to strengthen 1-1 relationships with their readers. This relevancy is how content providers get their most engaged readers to opt-in to their brand, reduce the \u201clandlord\/tenant\u201d relationship with Facebook, and drive audience growth\/new revenue. Adam is a recovering journalist, who spent most of his career in newsrooms, trying to bring eyeballs to all platforms.He most recently was Executive Editor at WNBC, and previously worked at WCBS and in tv, radio and newspaper newsrooms around the country.
