Joseph Lichterman is the manager of editorial and digital strategy at The Lenfest Institute for Journalism. He writes Solution Set, a weekly report on innovation in journalism. Prior to joining the Institute, he was a staff writer at the Nieman Journalism Lab at Harvard University. He also previously reported for Reuters in its Detroit bureau.
