The audience team is responsible for social engagement, social video, SEO, newsletters and newsroom analytics. Over the past 12 years, Kim's focused on developing audience and innovation strategies for several major news organizations around the world. As an Editor at Bloomberg News, Kim managed the product development and editorial strategy for real-time journalism across Europe and the Middle East.
