Please read the following carefully.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All transfers must be requested by Aug. 23, 2019. No transfers will be given after that date.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer requests made after July 31, 2019 will incur a $50 administrative fee. (There is no fee for a student registration transfer or a transfer for an attendee unable to secure a travel visa.)<\/li>\n<li>Registrations made at the ONA member rate may only be transferred to another ONA member. (A prospective attendee may\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/journalist.memberclicks.net\/join\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">join ONA<\/a>\u00a0before the transfer is completed.) Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To request a transfer, check your ONA19 registration confirmation email for information on how to log in to your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/s3.goeshow.com\/ona\/annual\/2019\/attendee_service_center.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Attendee Service Center<\/a>. Then, click Request a Transfer in the left menu, complete the form and submit it.<\/p>\n<h3>Refund Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Unable to attend the conference? We&#8217;ll do our best to support you. Please read the following carefully.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All refunds must be requested by Aug. 23, 2019.
